Testimonials

Renee and her staff of caregivers have provided me with high-quality health care for my son Christopher. My now 17-year-old son was in an automobile accident when he was 16. C.D.H.C. began working for me after Chris was discharged from the hospital. Chris initially needed 24-hour care in my home as he had numerous injuries and required 24-hour assistance. C.D.H.C. provided me with qualified caregivers who were safety-conscious, kind, and caring individuals. I felt comfortable leaving Chris in their care when I had to go to work, and in the evening when I needed to get some sleep. Renee also stepped in personally to help Chris to return to some of the skills and activities he previously enjoyed. Chris was an avid hunter before the accident and when turkey hunting season opened Renee and her husband arranged to take Chris hunting. They cleared the hunting area of sticks and debris so Chris could navigate the terrain safely. I can highly recommend C.D.H.C. and their staff,as all of my experiences with them have been very successful. They have taken and continue to take exemplary care of my son. Thank you very much C.D.H.C. R. Schenk

Compassionate Daughters Home Care (CDHC) provided very professional and caring care to our mother during the last 12 months of her life. The highly-trained staff saw to her every need, keeping Mom very clean and comfortable at all times. They also kept her home spotless and sterile so as to prevent any infections or other complications. Beyond that, the caregivers also gave mom loving companionship when she needed it the most. They truly treated their mom as though she was their own mother. Our family highly recommends the services of CDHC to anyone who needs professional, compassionate care for a loved one. Thank you CDHC for the great care to our mother!

I have worked for Compassionate Daughters for a few years now. I have been a caregiver for 23 years and have worked for a few Home Health agencies in my time and can honestly say Renee puts the needs of her clients first. She takes great pride in the care given to her clients and it reflects in the people she hires. She is fair to her staff, keeps an open door policy and is quick to resolve any issues that may come up. I would recommend Compassionate Daughters to care for my family members.

Compassionate Daughters Homecare is appropriately named. It is a very well-organized agency with very caring and well-qualified staff. The staff goes over and above what other homecare agencies offer. They focus on the patient and all aspects of the patient's needs. A wonderful experience. I highly recommend Connie Raymond

When I was in a rollover truck accident and unable to care for myself, C.D.H.C. helped me out quite a bit. They even went out of their way to help my teenage daughter cope with my concussion and helped explain to her how to help and what signs of bad things to look out for. They are the best and I recommend them to everyone. Ray Mangini Jackson, MI,

My husband had to have a significant, life-changing surgery at U of M Hospital in June of 2018. We are from out of town. My husband has some special needs that make his staying alone in a hospital room difficult. I planned to spend the majority of my time in his hospital room as he recovered, but I knew ahead of time I would need to schedule some downtime for myself. I turned to Compassionate Daughters for help. Renee the manager and Cara, my husband’s caregiver, came to see us a couple of days before his surgery right in the lobby of our hotel. They welcomed us to Ann Arbor and assured us of the reputation of U of M Hospital. They were not rushed. They were eager to know the details of my husband’s care and of his upcoming surgery. Renee had an extensive nursing background and was able to anticipate my husband’s needs better than we could. Cara came from 6 to 10 in the evening for seven nights in a row, per our request. She seemed to truly enjoy her time there! She was nurturing but not coddling. She shared her love of old movies and stories of her puppy with my husband, distracting him from his post-operative condition. She took careful notes of events so I would be fully informed when I returned. Each night, when I came into the room, my husband was neat, cared for, well-positioned, and happily engaged in conversation. I could not recommend Compassionate Daughters more highly.
